Guidelines

Fanatics is committed to legal compliance and ethical business practices in all our operations worldwide and is firm in our resolve to do business only with those vendors whom we believe share in that commitment. In support of the commitment, Fanatics demands that all Vendors agree to follow our business practice standards as provided by us as acondition of the business relationship.

Child Labor/Sweatshops

All vendors shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including those mandated by the country in which the merchandise or product is manufactured) such as laws prohibiting child labor, forced labor, and unsafe working conditions.

Conflicts of Interest

All vendors shall avoid any situation which may cause a conflict of interest and disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest to Fanatics.

Bribes and Kickbacks

All vendors must not request or receive any kickback, bribe, excessive or disguised commission or similar payment or benefit from Fanatics. Similarly, vendors must not directly or indirectly make any kickback, bribe, excessive or disguised commission or similar payment to Fanatics.

Applicable Law

vendor(s) shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, those regarding privacy, environmental health and safety and antitrust.

Gifts and Entertainment

vendor(s) shall not send gifts to Fanatics’ employees or representatives (“associates”). Gifts include anything of value such as meals, entertainment, discounts, merchandise, trips, services, tickets to theater, concerts and sporting events, golf outings, vehicle use and lodging. Not withstanding the foregoing, some Vendors, particularly those suppliers of hot market fashion, may occasionally offer “gratis” or “free” merchandise (“Gratis Merchandise”) to our associates which associates may accept under limited circumstances if in compliance with all applicable Fanatics’ policies and procedures.
